All of our items are carefully made in-house, exclusively by and for Mochi Clothing. We expect tracking to be available 5-7 business days after your purchase. When your tracking link is available, you will automatically receive an email from us with your number, link and estimated delivery time for your location.

Should you have any problems with your tracking link, please just contact us via email, Discord or contact form. A member of our team will be able to assist you.

! Please note that we order our facemasks in batches, and they are subject to longer delivery times than our clothes and phone cases. Please allow up to 3 weeks for mask delivery, after processing. Masks are a limited run, and will be available for a short time only.


Yes! All of our designs are in *collaboration* with the original artists. They have been credited on all product pages with their social media handles. You can also learn more about the artists and their art style on the 'Our Artists' page.


As a general guide, our items are standardized US sizing. Should you be looking for an oversized or baggy fit, we recommend sizing up once or twice.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Unlike many anime apparel sites, ALL of our gear is designed, created and then manufactured by US. This gives us the confidence that all of our customers will be happy to wear their Mochi Clothing items! Please allow 3 to 7 business days for all clothing items to be carefully made before shipment.

After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code with your local carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail)

🇨🇦 Canada: Avg. 6 - 10 business days.   
🇬🇧 UK: Avg. 8 - 14 business days.   
🇩🇪 Germany: Avg. 3 - 6 business days.

We ship worldwide with a combination of different carriers depending on your location! If you have an address, we'll do our best to ship there! At the moment, the only territories we are totally unable to ship to are: Cuba, Iran, Crimea and Syria.


We do our absolute best to ensure that all of our items are expedited through customs, with no extra costs.

It is very rare that our parcels are subject to additional fees, but please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

Here at Mochi Clothing, we pride ourselves on offering original, designed by us anime apparel. We hope this has been reflected in our verified customer reviews, influencer ambassadors, and repeat customer business!

We believe that we have provided you with all the necessary information for you to make a smooth purchase and select the right item in the right size. Please carefully check the product description and our size chart page before placing your order. You are fully protected by the PayPal protection scheme and eligible for a no questions asked refund if the item is proven to be damaged, defective or not as described.

We will just need a few things from you to process your return/refund. Your customer name, your order ID, a photo of the product received and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we have received this information (within 40 days from purchase), we will fully examine the case and within a reasonable window of time, offer either a full refund or a free return shipping label and a replacement.


First off.. we hope it never gets to this point! But! From time to time with international shipping, items can get lost or bogged down at customs.

If you order has not had a tracking update in over 30 days, we will happily give you a full, no questions asked refund on your order, at this point we can claim it back on our insurance, too!

If your tracking says the order was delivered succesfully to your address or has been signed for, in most circumstances we are unable to grant a refund. Please contact us if if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find a solution for you.


No problem! We can cancel your order. So long as the order has not entered production which typically takes 1-3 days, so email us immediately! 


We do our best to perfectly replicate the product mockup, but our items are printed on different weight and material fabrics, and depending on your screen RGB setting – colours may vary very slightly.
