Refund Policy

Here at MochiClothing, we pride ourselves on offering original, designed by us anime cosplay apparel. We hope this has been reflected in our verified customer reviews, influencer ambassadors, and repeat customer business!

We believe that we have provided you with all the necessary information for you to make a smooth purchase and select the right item in the right size. Please carefully check the product description and our size chart page before placing your order. You are fully protected by the PayPal protection scheme and eligible for a no questions asked refund, only if the item is proven to be damaged, defective or not as described.

We will just need a few things from you, for you to be eligible for a refund, and for us to process your return/refund. Your customer name, your order ID, a photo of the product received and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we have received this information (within 40 days from purchase), we will fully examine the case and within a reasonable window of time, offer either a full refund or a free return shipping label and a replacement.

We are proud of our customer service and product, and while we hope issues never arise, they can't be helped from time-to-time. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
